Rockfish Valley Trail 10/9/10

Just returned from 10 days in England and 7 days crossing the north Atlantic on the Queen Mary 2, and am slogging my way through post-processing of 2000+ bird photos. I took a break late this afternoon and went to the Rockfish Valley Trail to see what was there - lots of bird activity, including Palm and Yellow-rumped Warblers.

I photographed a female Dickcissel in the vegetation on Glenthorne Loop across from the first wooden bridge. I plan to get back out on the trail tomorrow morning to see if it is still there.
