Rockfish Valley Trail 10/1/14

All photos are Marshall Faintich

It was foggy again this morning, but as the fog was lifting I did a late morning hike on the Rockfish Valley Trail. There were a few birds out, and I ended upwith 23 avian species. Most were common fall birds, but I did see two warbler species: Magnolia and Tennessee.

I thought I would start off with a quiz. Can you identify the following species I saw on the trail this morning? The answer is farther down this page.
