Walt Childs and I went to Lickinghole Creek and Reservoir this morning to look for warblers. Although we saw 33 avian species there, the only warbler we saw there was a single American Redstart. Highlight was watching a Bald Eagle Circle and then land in its nest.

We made a quick stop at Mint Springs Park, and added two more species to the trip list.

I did a quick hike here in Stoney Creek in the afternoon, and saw my second Ameican Redstart of the day.
