Blue Ridge Parkway/Route 610, VA 9/5/18

I had time for a short outing on the parkway this morning, so I took my usual route along the first 12 miles of the parkway, with a detour to parallel Route 610 between mm. 2 and mm. 4. I saw quite a few avian species.

I only saw warblers at one location, the south (upper) end of the cirque near mm. 7.5, but there was a mixed flock of nine warbler species, that made my day!
