We had 5 inches of snow on Friday, and freezing rain yesterday that coated everything with a tenth to a quarter inch of ice. It was still overcast this mid-morning when I ventured out. Some of the trails were either very muddy or very slippery, so I limited my hike and ended up with 23 avian species.
