Rockfish Valley Trail 5/7/12

All photos are © Marshall Faintich

There was complete cloud cover this morning. Low clouds hung around the mountains like gray wisps of pulled cotton. The trail only had moderate avian activity, and I only logged 26 species. Highlight was my FOY Eastern Wood Pewee, and my FOY-RVT Yellow-breasted Chat. The single Chat was the only warbler I saw this morning.
