Old Trail

It was still cold this morning with temperatures in the low to mid-30s when I went for my hike. Most of the ice has melted, and hungry birds were foraging in lots of places here in Old Trail. I don't think that I have seen as many Pine Siskins in any previous winters. I stopped after two hours with 24 avian species, and went home to get warm.
