With temperatures in the mid-30s and strong, gusty winds, it was rather chilly out for a late April morning. I met up with Tink Moyer at Ridgeview Park in Waynesboro. We ended up with only 22 avian species. There were lots of finches in the trees - mostly female Purple Finches, and some American Goldfinches and Pine Siskins. A few of the Pine Siskins were very yellow in color.
