Old Trail

I had errands to run this morning, so I did a mid-afternoon hike and ended up with 20+ avian species. Crows were chasing a juvenile Red-shouldered Hawk, and then mama and papa flew in to help.

I spent 10+ minutes trying to get a photo of a Common Yellowthroat in the Western Park wetlands, but only got a few out of focus shots. I then went along the Slabtown Branch Creek, and a Common Yellowthroat jumped out right in front of me.
